    Terms and Conditions of the PlanetHoster “Holiday Celebration” Promotion

    1. Promotion Organizer: This promotion is organized by PlanetHoster.
    2. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from December 7 to December 21, 2023.
    3. Eligibility: Open to all residents of Quebec, Canada, aged 18 and over. Employees of PlanetHoster and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    4. How to Participate: No purchase necessary. Participation occurs through engagement on PlanetHoster’s social media channels, as detailed in the promotion instructions and the form provided.
    5. Prizes: Detailed prize information will be communicated in the promotion materials. All prizes are to be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
    6. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen randomly from among eligible entrants. The draw is scheduled for December 22, 2023.
    7. Winner Announcement: Winners will be contacted via email or social media. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
    8. General Terms: Participation indicates agreement to these official terms and the decisions of the promotion organizer, which are final in all matters.
    9. Compliance with Laws: This promotion adheres to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations in Quebec.
    10. Modification/Suspension/Cancellation Rights: The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion due to events beyond its control.
