In our PlanetHoster office, 2 words circulate daily, quality and security. We ensure, almost in an obsessive way, providing secure solutions to our clients. This allows us to say without embarrassment that we offer quality. However, “quality” has another aspect, that of customer service.
Our professional and skilled team is able to respond courteously and well popularize issues to ensure exemplary service. This is not a mere coincidence that the comments left on blogs and social media platforms Twitter and Facebook are compliments.
For this, we have selected our collaborators on 2 inflexible criteria, personality and expertise. Then we offer specialized training developed in-house that allows new employees to improve their knowledge on our products and services, our technical environment and finally our customer approach.
And that’s not all, we ensure that our staff is well aware of the technological advances affecting our business and we pay the necessary certifications to be updated with the proposed solutions. In addition to letting our employees go to carry out certifications with Sales and Technical University of cPanel, we plan to train our employees with the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and with LPI – Linux Professional Institute. This way, we ensure to provide quality service to our many clients.
In addition, we are proud to be actively involved in the WordPress community. We are sponsors for WordCamp. In January 2015, the PlanetHoster management, along with 3 employees, was pleased to attend the event in Paris.
